Here it is visible:
1. TEST - to check up 1 time
2. START - start of automatic work of a bot
3. Interval - through everyone interval minutes there will be a check of the population

Adjustment:
1. Name - anyone for itself
2. URL - URL of the player or village for which to watch
3. ONN - lines are processed only where onn = "watch"
4. t0.. t23 - the increase in population in one hour - shows a bot
5. p0.. p23 - the population of the player at the given o'clock of day - shows a bot

All is very simple:)
